Primary Function

Acutiy is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to support upcoming US government contracts related to consolidated, enterprise-wide Occupational Health (OH) Medical Services and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. The PM will have full authority to act for the company on all contractual matters relating to daily operations of this contract. The PM will provide all necessary supervision and oversight to support the management multi-location OH programs to the US government (USG) that are based on electronic health records systems

The PM is a key leader in the organization who will be a role model setting the example for integrity and performance excellence. As such the PM will need to be able to motivate a team of professionals to work together to achieve common goals and overcome unique challenges in a demanding, result-oriented environment, while actively supporting and upholding the Company’s stated vision, mission, and values

Responsibilities

Supervise the management, conduct, and execution of occupational physicals, medical surveillance physicals, pre-deployment and post-deployment physicals, physical examinations after unexpected events, and termination physicals

Coordination and resolution of issues with services scheduling, to ensure the OH programs maintain currency in meeting requirements

Understand senior/top management strategic goals and objectives and, in turn, implement them throughout the program

Ensuring reports are provided as required (e.g., annual performance report, consolidated program execution) and that USG staff can access real-time reports and analytics online, as needed

During periods of general public health risks that affect the USG workforce, the PM will fully support USG’s implementation of workplace OH programs to ensure the health and safety of the USG workforce

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures including safety, quality control, human resources, ethics, finance and accounting, legal, procurement and logistics, and business development

Responsible for program level resource allocation, project performance and all reporting requirements to corporate leadership

Ensure customer satisfaction on all projects. Leverage quality management techniques including client surveys to gauge performance and drive the division to improve

Responsible for management and reporting of operational, business development and other business requirements to the Company leadership

Develop and maintain a culture that fosters the highest standards of safety, quality and integrity

Job Requirements

A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Industrial Hygiene, Safety, and Occupational Health, including a minimum of five (5) years managing multi-location OH programs that are based on electronic heath records systems

Superior management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers

Strong leadership skills developed through successive management growth

Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Bachelor’s degree required

Competent in all MS Office operations (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with the DOD Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Record System (DOEHRS) is highly preferred

Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) or comparable certification

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions

Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment

Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time

May require bending, stooping and lifting up to 15 lbs
